1. Open the run in History and inspect step states and error codes.
2. In Why didn’t it run, read event observations, historical conditions and current checks separately.
3. We never automatically repeat an uncertain device command.
4. Export a diagnostic file yourself if needed; it is not sent automatically.

2Limits

• The latest observed event and selected run are separate records. Current checks cannot prove what happened in the past.
• No event record. The event may not have arrived, monitoring may be off, or the app may have stopped. The cause is unknown.
• Manual tests bypass entry conditions. This result does not prove the automatic trigger works.
• Outcome unverified. Check the physical device before retrying. Commands are not automatically repeated.
• Contains only feature counts, statuses and error codes. Flow names, addresses, notifications, variable values and credentials are excluded. The file is saved where you choose and is not sent automatically.
