Start small: show your own notification when you run a flow manually.
This example needs no home device or account.
1Choose a trigger
Create a new flow in Flows. Choose the manual trigger.

Add Show notification next. You can fill in the title and message as in the example below.

3Test, then enable
Review the summary and save disabled. Grant notification permission when asked, run manually and check History. Change the trigger and enable it for automatic use.
